Idea Mod: Rainfall Shower
You can easily do this with a few dollars of PVC. You would drill holes into the pipe and let it drip, it may not work as well but you save $100. You could also use misters or a sprinkler old sprinkler head. Use a 2 liter bottle cut to fit to make sure it doesn't over spray.
